Long-time Eagan resident, Victor Salamone, brings a well-deserved vibrant and stylish dining and drink experience to the community. The menu is a pit-master’s take on an eclectic mix of global flavors, featuring the delectable Famous Filet Mignon Sandwich, Lamb Lollies, Vietnamese Pork Belly, and the classic Nana’s Meatballs. So, thank you for your votes, your overwhelming support of the restaurant this first year, and for spreading the word so that a little restaurant in a south metro strip mall could come out on top.
We set out to create an irreverent space that embraced seemingly disparate concepts – fast and craft, quality and value, Hamm’s and Opus One! But most of all, we wanted to create a space that could become ‘your spot.’
