Long-time Eagan resident, Victor Salamone, is bringing a well-deserved vibrant and stylish dining and drink experience to the community. The menu is a pit-master’s take on an eclectic mix of global flavors, featuring the delectable Famous Filet Mignon Sandwich, Lamb Lollies, Vietnamese Pork Belly, and the classic Nana’s Meatballs. The Railtenders will guide you through a sinfully delicious craft cocktail list and full wine program. It will only feel like an indulgence.
